The Home Away Chalet offers a spacious front deck to watch the sunrise over the mountain peeks while the kids play on the playset. Inside you can cuddle up on the comfortable couch near the wood burning fireplace to watch a movie. In the evening you can skip the indoor dining. Grab some plates and a bottle of wine and head outdoors to enjoy a magical evening dinner under the strings of fairy lights. You can hang out on the back deck overlooking the green space in the back yard. This is also a great spot to watch the deer roam. When you are ready to venture out you won't have to go far. Walnut Mountain offers 4 fishing lakes, trails and even a waterfall. Or explore the kid friendly hiking trail right in your own backyard.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hi there! We are Rey & Lindsey and we will be your hosts. We have 2 beautiful kids and love traveling and being outdoors. Thank you for your interest in booking at the Home Away Chalet in Ellijay, Ga. This is our second home and we love to visit Ellijay and to host guests who vacation here.
